I am available to come and assist you with getting your venue ready, and also to prepare and platter up, and help serve the food. My standard charge for this is $65 per hour (minimum 2 hour call-out). I’m also happy to work out a complete ‘drop-off’ menu with you with everything you need just to heat, arrange and serve, to ensure you are free to actually enjoy your event.

Unless otherwise arranged, generally I work with 1 food waiter for every 20 guests plus a supervisor waiter for all events over 40 guests. All my waiters are friendly, professional and will ensure all your guests are treated as VIPs.
15 – 20 guests = 1 food waiter
21 – 40 guests = 2 food waiters
41 – 60 guests = 3 food waiters + 1 supervisor waiter
food waiters: $30 per hour or part thereof (min 3 hour call-out)
supervisor waiter: $50 per hour or part thereof (min 4 hour call-out)
As a standard, my waiters wear smart-casual all black and black 3/4 aprons (if you feel appropriate) depending on the mood you would like to create.
Alternatively, depending on the occasion or atmosphere you’d like to create, you may like to engage some of your friends or family to serve the food, which is a nice personal option.
The place you hold your event at can be crucial to its success. Your venue must be suitable for the size and style of your event, easy for your guests to access and most importantly, have a great ambiance. I can cater for you at any location I can get to, whether this is in your own home, or at a function venue allowing external caterers. I’m based on the north-east of Melbourne (Hawthorn) however I’m happy to travel to you or your chosen venue.

I’m more than happy to provide advice or assistance with all event logistics, from sourcing floristry and decorations, to hiring equipment from glassware, to furniture and marquees if required. It will often be necessary for me to conduct a site inspection of your chosen venue to determine what (if any) equipment hire is necessary. On occassion, I collaborate with other suppliers who can compliment / enhance the service(s) that I provide. Of course you are more than welcome to contact my preferred suppliers directly, or should you like to leave it to me, a 15% handling fee will be added to their published prices to cover the ordering, delivery, payment etc.
